Board-certified Hannah Tolar, MSN, FNP-C, is a skilled nurse practitioner at Southeastern Health and Wellness, serving the communities in and around Malone, Florida. She studied nursing at the Galen College of Nursing in Tampa, Florida, earning her associate degree before pursuing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois.
